Welcome to Pick Up My Repair. By using our website and sending items to us for postal repair, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Our Service

Pick Up My Repair provides postal shoe-repair and restoration services across the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you confirm that you own the items sent or have permission from the owner.


2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed through our website.
  • Prices are shown online or provided in a written quote.
  • Payment must be made before repaired items are returned.
  • Prices may change at any time.


3. Sending Your Items

  • You are responsible for securely packaging your items when sending them to us.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage that occurs in transit to us.
  • We will notify you when your items arrive and the repair process begins.


4. Repair Process & Limitations

  • All assessments are based on the condition of the item received.
  • Some materials may react unpredictably to cleaning or repair.
  • We will not proceed with repairs we consider unsafe or unsuitable; you will be contacted if this occurs.


5. Return Delivery

  • Repaired items are returned via tracked postal or courier services.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk transfers to you once we hand the parcel to the courier.

  • If you believe the workmanship is unsatisfactory, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • We may offer to rework the repair if appropriate.
  • Your statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected.


8. Intellectual Property

Content on our website, including images and text, is owned by Pick Up My Repair and cannot be copied without permission.


9. Privacy

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
